How to use a smokeless pot correctly, and how to turn a stainless steel pot into a smokeless one.

1. After purchasing a smokeless pot, you should first season it.
2. The first time you use a smokeless pan, you might notice some smoke or fumes—but don’t worry.
3. Smokeless cookware doesn't require much oil— you can reduce oil usage by 30% compared to usual.
4. With a smokeless pan, you don’t need to wait for the oil to fully heat up before stir-frying—simply start cooking when the oil is about 50% hot.
5. Remember to clean the smokeless pot promptly after use.

How to turn a stainless steel pot into a smokeless pot
1. Clean the pot thoroughly, pour in a small amount of white vinegar, and continue heating until it’s nearly boiling, then turn off the heat.
2. Use hot vinegar to vigorously scrub the inside of the pot. After several rounds of scrubbing, discard the white vinegar and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3. Heat over high flame until all the moisture in the pot has completely evaporated.
4. Once the pan is thoroughly heated, reduce the heat to medium-low, then add cooking oil. Continuously shake and rotate the pan to ensure that the entire inner surface is evenly coated with oil. At this point, maintain a medium-low heat.
Heat the oil in the pan for at least two or three minutes.
